MOMACHA TRADING cc originally traded as PAPAVANGELO TRADING PTY Limited, from 2002 till 2007 when the name was changed to MOMACHA TRADING cc because of legislative requirements governing private companies as opposed to close corporations. MOMACHA TRADING cc is a wholly black owned company established with the vision to become a leading service provider in the civil and building construction (property development) industry within South Africa. Four individuals, namely, Mokhari Michael Piet , Moalosi Palesa Maleshwane, Blayi Patrick Welile and Chiloane Jack are directors of the company.

Mokhari Michael P is an admitted Attorney specialising in Corporate and Property Law. The directors have amongst themselves an average of 12 years of project and organisational or business management.

The company aims to bring social upliftment wherever it works and to provide opportunities to the youth, women and men by offering training in all aspects of business skills and contract management. It is our intension to re-direct the energy of PDI from crime and other destructive activities into socially productive and economically beneficial direction through training and employment in the economic environment.

The major objective of MOMACHA TRADING cc is to plan future growth and expansion and also to be in a position to offer employment opportunities to previously disadvantaged individuals and to improve individual’s health, safety and struggle against poverty.

We aim to form Joint Ventures with local businesses known for self-reliance and independence in the economic environment and to make allowance for profit-sharing mechanism for disadvantaged people or groups in the localities we develop or hold property stocks.
